Etolikou Seafront New Resort

MIBS Group transformation of a historic Piraeus building

The MIBS Group has recently acquired a seven-story landmark building at the strategic junction of Akti Kondyli and Aitolikou streets in the port of Piraeus. This former industrial site, previously known as the Korona pasta factory, is set to undergo an extensive architectural conversion into the Etolikou Seafront project. Covering a total area of 4,000 square meters, the development represents a significant shift from commercial to residential use, capitalizing on its direct coastal proximity and the ongoing revitalization of the Piraeus waterfront.

The project is designed to deliver a comprehensive modern living experience through the creation of 158 serviced apartments. These residences will be supported by high-specification communal areas, specialized wellness infrastructure, and a suite of amenities tailored to contemporary urban requirements. By repurposing a building with historical industrial roots into a functional residential complex, the initiative aims to enhance the aesthetic and social fabric of the local coastline while addressing the rising demand for sophisticated housing in the area.

Strategic expansion remains the core focus for MIBS Group, which currently manages a portfolio of over 20 residential projects across the Athenian Riviera and central Athens. The company views the coastal front from Piraeus to Glyfada as a primary investment priority due to its high connectivity and urban dynamism. Following the successful delivery of projects like Glyfada Supreme and Riviera Residence III, this new Piraeus development reinforces the group's strategy of investing in sustainable, aesthetically integrated urban renewal projects that benefit both residents and the broader community.
